If it's a picture on the internet, right click the image and click "view image" or something like that. It should take you to just a blank page with the picture (like when you do Google images, and you click Full Size Image). Use the URL (internet address), copy it and paste it between " [/img]". If it's a YouTube video, find the URL of the "original" (not a featured video), copy it and paste it between "[youtube][(a / goes here)youtube]" If it's a picture or video you have saved on your computer, then just make it as an attachment. If you want the easy access to the [AAA][/AAA] things, look at those buttons above the smiley faces.
