and there is a way to get this music for free and legaly if you dont already know. google "youtube downloader" [/glow] Ok, 1) I already have that 2) I use a site called beemp3.com to find most of my music 3) My iPod Touch 32GB 3G is jailbroken and I have done tons of awesome crap to it. I don't even use iTunes anymore, I use a thing called "Copy Trans Manager" |

LUCKY! im poor so i cant afford any technology other than a tv, computer, and wii. i'm not like other people who have 3 TV'S in their room, ipods, every game system ever, kindels, and laptops accesable without even leaving their couch. (although i might get my friends old ipod :3)

my uncle jail broke his. hes like a fanatic about star wars so its star wars faces for apps and the thing i like is wen he charges it its a lightsabe lol its col. and my uncle also has Cydia on it, and i am jealous. i got an ipod christmas of 2010 and its 1st generation, 8GB and i cant download anything unless i hook it up 2 the computerr. my aunts boss had it 1st, then she gave it 2 my aunt, and my aunt gave it to meee soo yeaa. but i asked my dad 4 an iphone (i dont have a phone) soo yeaaa

Nope,
1) Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, has a jailbroken iPhone
2) Cydia is made by programmers, who made it themselves
3) The stuff on Cydia is made by other "companies" aka "sources"
4) The Cydia app "Installous" has all free apps, HOWEVER, the apps on Installous have been bought by someone else, and they put the app data of a file-sharing website
5) Downloading songs for free whether by a free site or YouTude is considered "stealing"
6) Everyone does it anyway (EVEN STEVE JOBS) so I do it too, it makes the world go round.
7) And "jailbreaking" isn't illegal, or stealing (it has been through Congress). You are just removing the security system Apple puts on so you can't download or use 3rd Party applications.

I mean if you steal FREAKING Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber etc. (which i don't think you are) i don't care, those people are talentless pieces of trash.
