In Black Ops, the number in front or the [ZS] is your position in the clan.
1 are the Commanders (founders)
2 is Executive Officer (special job)
3 is Command Sergeant Major (special job)
4 are the Elites (good at BO, participates in clan affairs, respected and known by other clan members)
5 are the Officers (good at BO and somewhat participates)
6 are the Enlisted (either is good at BO, participates, or is getting better)
7 are the Recruits (shows promise)
Those are what the numbers mean. Basically.

To become a 6, you are either good at black ops, you play with us a lot, or you participate a lot (like on our website and forum)
From a 6 to a 5, you have to be 2 of the following: good at Black Ops, participate and play with us a lot, or you are a nice and respectable person.
From a 5 to a 4, you need to have ALL of the following: Good at Black Ops, play and participate a lot, and you are a nice and respectable person that the rest of the clan knows and likes.
Then from there, it's going above the expected standards, and given a position with higher responsibilities and duties.
Me and Zack decide who goes up in the ranks, Gus and Marshall can only give suggestions. Me and Zack have the final say.
That's also why I was like "WHY IS TRISH WISH A 6?" when I first met her. Because it's me and Zack's decision. |
