You said yourself that you didn't want your members self esteem to drop. Making them put a number before their IGN can do that. Actually, I think everyone doesn't really mind. The number has nothing really to do with skill, just if you are first joining, you go to recruits, and as long as you play often, you go to Enlisted, then if you participate in clan ZS stuff a lot, you go to the Officers, then when people in the Clan start to like you, and every one knows you, and you're a halfway-decent player, you go to the Elites. Then that's it, unless Chaos or Gus leaves ZS (which would be really sad/gay might I add). I never put down ANY of my clan members (except in a sarcastic and joking way) and if I ever hear that anyone is putting down someone else, then I don't want some jerk/fat-head in our clan, regardless if they are good or not. You think no one cares, how about asking everyone in ZS about it then? |

AND NO ONE CAN GO HIGHER THAN A 4 UNLESS GUS OR CHAOS QUITS. 4 IS AS HIGH AS IT GOES; 3, 2, AND 1 ARE SPECIAL JOBS. |

and someone who is lower can still go 1 on 1 with the person higher
ex)hawk and chaos. hawk is a 4 and chaos is a 3. hawk could simply vs chaos. if he wins, they switch. hawk is a 3 and chaos is a 4. but i dont think chaos will ever lose to hawk. lol
